You can email us to choose your preferred arrival date.
Freight size canvases and large quantity orders may take longer to produce. Transit times depend on your location.
If you need to expedite your order, please contact us and we will be happy to see if we can accommodate your request. Please note that there are no additional fee to expedite your order.
We are able to "hold" an order to ship at a future date. You can note the date you want or email us. Customer service email: info@vinchyart.com
We offer three options.
If you purchase the framed / frameless option, we will provide the hooks so you can hang it easily when you receive it.
If you purchase a rolled painting, you will need to find a local gallery to frame it for you. They will install the hooks for you.
When shopping for artwork, size can have just as much of an impact as the composition of the piece. It is important to determine where you want to hang your art first so that you can measure to find the perfect size.
- For abstract art, BIGGER IS BETTER to maximize impact.
- An oversized piece of art in a small room can create a focal point.
- A small piece in a large room may get lost. Try grouping several smaller pieces together to create a display of art to fill the area of the room.
- Another rule of thumb for hanging art is to center it at eye level. Consider if you'll usually be standing or sitting in the space and select your eye-level height accordingly.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@vinchyart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact info@vinchyart.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.For PayPal account holders,up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal accountFor credit card refunds.between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
For damaged item, please kindly contact Vinchyart within 30 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at info@vinchyart.com if you would like to replace your item.
Vinchyart currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accepts payments made through Shop Pay or PayPal.
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
